Historic Khan Family Home in Dabeerpura to Be Rebuilt as 'New Waheed Gulshan' Following Road Expansion Project.

DABEERPURA, TELANGANA — The ancestral home of the Khan family, a cherished landmark and a place deeply woven into the memories and history of generations, has long stood as a symbol of our family's heritage in Dabeerpura. With the Government of Telangana undertaking a significant road-widening and infrastructure development initiative, the historic residence is now slated for demolition as part of this important civic development, the Final Notice and the Compensation was received on 14th August 2026, Friday at Afreen Palace by Dr. Khan, Mr. Farooq and Mr. Nusrath.

While bidding farewell to a home that has witnessed countless memories, family gatherings, celebrations, joys, sorrows, and generations growing together is undoubtedly an emotional moment, the family has chosen to look ahead with hope, unity, and determination.

Following a collective discussion the members of Waheed Gulshan have unanimously embraced a visionary decision: rather than allowing the demolition to mark the ennd of an era, the family will consider the present location as “Ground Zero” for a new beginning. In its place, In Sha Allah, a brand-new Waheed Gulshan building will be constructed—one that carries forward the spirit, values, and legacy of the ancestral home while providing a renewed space for future generations.

A Home Built on Unity

The vision goes beyond bricks, concrete, and architecture. The true purpose is to create a united family home, where all brothers and Sisters can live together, In Sha Allah, strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, affection, mutual respect, and family unity, holding unto the wishes of our beloved AMMY & BABA.

The new Waheed Gulshan is therefore envisioned not merely as a building, but as a symbol of togetherness—a place where generations can continue to meet, share their joys and responsibilities, preserve family traditions, and create new memories together.

In this way, what may initially appear to be the end of an important chapter will, In Sha Allah, become the beginning of an even more meaningful one.

The project will proceed under the esteemed guidance and supervision of Dr. Khan and Mr. Farooq, whose leadership and experience will provide the foundation for this important undertaking. The active involvement of Mr. Nusrath, who is playing a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating the project, further reflects the collective commitment of the family toward turning this vision into reality.
